  • The difficulties facing some developers.

Developers are finally beginning to recognise that they have created their own monsters by ignoring the needs of their customers who wish to say goodbye to their timeshares. By making it as difficult as possible for consumers to sell their unwanted products, they seem to have unwittingly opened the doors to the ex timeshare sellers who are now encouraging would be sellers to contact them with the "we know how we sold the timeshare to you so we know how to sell it again for you" Make no mistake...These guys are good..Very good. Professional sellers. Unethical and without scruples or morals. Selling dreams is their profession and the fact that they are only selling dreams is what consumers need to guard against. If you are extended an invitation to go to talk to these type of people, it will not be for your benefit. You will be encouraged into purchasing an alternative to your timeshare product. It will be a dream which turns into a nightmare. There is no alternative product. No bricks and mortar to give it value. Remember. These people are professionals who have every answer to your misgivings. You will not beat them at their own game. There will only be one winner and it will not be you. Do not be their next victim!!

The developers are in denial one developer in Gran Canaria has written to all its members saying that it is all lies that they have lost cases against them for unlawful contracts and selling practices There is proof from the Spanish courts that they have lost over thirty cases and had to pay owners large sums of money

I think that you can safely say that it is Anfi. As they have written to all their members it is not speculation or heresay.
