It seems to be the formula that Microsoft have adopted in recent times. "Chuck it out there and let the general public beta test it" Then create patches as required. A bit annoying and irritating but it eventually works.

Beware the scammers are out in force telephone calls saying they are Microsoft engineers saying they are phoning you to fix the errors in this update
